IT Support Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on technical support, and collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning and Development

Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage budgeting for IT infrastructure and optimize resource allocation.

Handle vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management.

2. Infrastructure Management

Oversee network, server, and data center design, deployment, and maintenance.

Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with on-prem systems.

Implement secure and efficient data storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

3. Team Leadership and Development

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals including helpdesk, network, and system admins.

Promote continuous learning and professional development.

Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

4. Security and Compliance

Enforce IT security policies to safeguard infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Manage incident response and resolution for infrastructure-related issues.

5. Operational Efficiency

Monitor IT systems proactively to identify and resolve issues.

Implement IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL) for high service reliability.

Manage infrastructure changes with minimal business disruption.

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their relevance.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce costs.

7. Communication and Collaboration

Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to align infrastructure projects with business needs.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams for seamless IT operations.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.

Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, cloud services, and IT security.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.

Work Environment :

On-site role based in Noida, Sector 6.

May require occasional travel to other office locations or data centers.
