Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent, autonomous AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/ML, automation, and integrations, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform

- Implement AI-powered workflows, virtual agents, and automation for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM

- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, scripts, and business rules

- Integrate ServiceNow with external AI models, APIs, and enterprise systems

- Develop and optimize AI-driven decision-making and autonomous agents

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of AI-enabled solutions

- Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow AI implementations

- Participate in troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development

- Strong hands-on experience with :

- ServiceNow AI/ML, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence

- Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes

- REST/SOAP integrations

- Experience with Agentic AI concepts, automation, and intelligent orchestration

- Good understanding of ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM modules

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

- Experience with cloud platforms and AI services is an added advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory)

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS any module)

- Experience in AI orchestration, LLM integration, or GenAI on ServiceNow

- Prior experience working with global stakeholders.
