Job description5–6 years of professional experience in web development. Proven expertise in Webflow development (portfolio of live projects required). Strong experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom functions). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP . Hands-on experience with CMS management and custom workflows. Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques. Familiarity with UI / UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently. Experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms . Knowledge of animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie) . Understanding of Web accessibility standards (WCAG) . Familiarity with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer with a strong background in WordPress development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining modern, responsive, and high-performance websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to transform ideas into functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using Webflow and WordPress .
- Convert Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
- Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
- Implement custom animations, interactions, and dynamic CMS-driven content in Webflow.
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and responsive design best practices.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and scalability.
- Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics, APIs, marketing tools).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and website performance challenges.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
