LanceSoft Technologies is looking for a .NET Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and WPF to develop high-quality Windows-based applications . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in object-oriented programming (OOPs) and be capable of problem-solving and innovation in a fast-paced development environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Windows-based applications using C# and .NET .
- Work extensively with WPF for creating dynamic user interfaces.
- Apply OOP principles effectively in software development projects.
- Take ownership of small modules within a project and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Solve complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.
- Interpret and analyze test and simulation results for performance improvements.
- Provide input to testing processes , using simulation and real-world results.
- Actively contribute to prototyping, proof of concepts (POCs), and innovation .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarity .
- Develop and deliver effective presentations on project progress and technical solutions.
