Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic  Data Analyst Lead  to head our data analytics function. This role requires a blend of  hands-on analytics expertise  and  leadership skills  to guide a team of data analysts in delivering high-quality, actionable insights.

You will oversee the  entire analytics lifecycle  — from data extraction and modeling to reporting and business intelligence — while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with the  Product Manager, Head of Data, and key business stakeholders  to define performance metrics, optimize decision-making, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team  of data analysts, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of  complex SQL queries  and data models for business insights.
• Drive the creation and automation of  dashboards and analytical reports  using tools such as  Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel .
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, maintain, and evaluate  KPIs and business metrics  that drive strategic and product decisions.
• Ensure  data accuracy, governance, and standardization  across multiple systems and sources.
• Translate data findings into  strategic recommendations and presentations  for senior leadership.
• Monitor user behavior, performance trends, and product metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Establish  best practices and frameworks  for analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology teams on  data integration, ETL processes , and system enhancements.
