Role Description :

G P Group is looking for a full-time Junior Civil Engineer. The Junior Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing construction projects on-site in Mumbai. The role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering design, civil engineering principles, and construction management. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities & Skills Required :

• Civil Engineering design and planning skills
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with civil engineers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and work in a dynamic environment
• In-dept understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry
• Estimate the quantity and cost of materials
• Prepare contracts and documents
• Set budgets for payment inventory needs and materials
• Track changes in plans or constructions; updates budgets
• Negotiate with contractors and sub contractors
• Prepare payments for contractors and sub contractors
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, or similar design software is a plus
• 3 years experience of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction or related field.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Or Equivalent
