Role Overview

The Microsoft 365 Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management, administration, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 platform across the organization.

This includes maintaining Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Security & Compliance, and other integrated services.

The role ensures availability, security, and user productivity through proactive management, automation, and governance of Microsoft 365 workloads in a hybrid or cloud-native environment.
