Junior Process Engineer

Position : Junior Process Engineer

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

About the Role

Support process design and engineering activities including calculations, data sheets, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering deliverables.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for data collection and validation.

Strong knowledge in - Industrial process plants (specifically knowledge of methanol, ammonia, hydrogen and air separation plants is a must).

General knowledge of pressure vessel, storage tank, and rotating equipment design.

Production, purification, compression, and storage of green hydrogen, green ammonia and its derivatives.

Perform process simulations and preliminary analysis under supervision.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in chemical engineering or equivalent.

0 – 4 years of relevant experience in process engineering, preferably in hydrogen, ammonia, or related process industries.

Familiarity with simulation tools.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
