What You’ll Do :

• End-to-End Merchandising : Oversee the full product journey — from concept to shipment — working with design, sourcing, production, and logistics teams.
• Market & Strategy : Analyze international market trends, pricing strategies, and client expectations to align with business goals.
• Client & Vendor Engagement : Collaborate with overseas buyers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
• Material & Process Innovation : Work on introducing new materials, techniques, and scalable processes to enhance product appeal and efficiency.
• Order & Production Management : Coordinate raw material sourcing, monitor production stages, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Costing & Reporting : Conduct cost analysis, optimize margins, and provide performance reports to management.
• Cross-functional Exposure : Gain insights into design, international trade, compliance, and global supply chains.
