Position Overview :

InCred Value Plus is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the growth of the IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) and distributor channel network. The ideal candidate will manage product platforms for sub-brokers, communicate product recommendations, negotiate with product manufacturers, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize product opportunities. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of financial products and the ability to create a market-leading product pipeline tailored for sub-brokers. The candidate will work closely with the Wealth Products team, AMCs, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and adapt product platforms for the sub-broker network, ensuring optimal product access and management.
• Track market trends and create a product pipeline with high-potential offerings for the sub-broker platform.
• Lead negotiations with AMCs and product manufacturers to secure competitive brokerage structures.
• Collaborate with the Wealth Products team to finalize mutually beneficial agreements.
• Identify and present product opportunities within the InCred Group to the sub-broker network.
• Coordinate with Marketing and external agencies to create and disseminate product communication materials.
