About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter with strong experience in the Indian contracting market. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing high-demand IT skills on aggressive timelines, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT contract positions

Source, evaluate, and engage candidates from job portals, social platforms, and internal databases

Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding for contract hires

Work closely with account managers to fulfill urgent, high-priority requirements

Maintain a strong pipeline of project-ready IT contractors

Deliver high-quality profiles within rapid turnaround SLAs

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in Indian domestic IT recruitment , with strong exposure to contract staffing

Solid understanding of niche IT skillsets across development, infra, cloud, data, etc.

Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver quickly in a high-volume environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working 5 days onsite from Noida Sector 63
