MAWM Configuration Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MAWM Configurator and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting MAWM solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and maintain MAWM processes that align with business requirements and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• MAWM Configuration & Implementation
• Configure, customize, and deploy MAWM modules based on business needs.
• Design and implement workflows, rules, and automation within the MAWM platform.
• Perform end-to-end system setup, including master data configuration, integration mappings, and environment readiness.
• Integration & Technical Support
• Work with internal and external teams to integrate MAWM with upstream and downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot interface issues, analyze logs, and ensure seamless data flow across all MAWM components.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Proactive Monitoring & Optimization (Nice to Have)
• Utilize MAWM Proactive tools to monitor system health, performance, and operational KPIs.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Documentation & Collaboration
• Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into effective MAWM configurations.
• Support UAT cycles, provide training, and assist in deployment activities.
