Associate Project Manager

Role Summary :

Were hiring an Associate Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, execution-driven environments.

This role is critical in driving sprint delivery, cross-functional alignment, and platform releases across our website and mobile app.

Youll work closely with the Senior Project Manager and collaborate with tech,

QA, UI / UX, operations, and marketing teams to ensure initiatives move from

planning to production seamlessly.

You must have hands-on experience with Jira, a clear understanding of agile

workflows, and a knack for managing details while keeping the big picture in view.

• Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Own Jira board setup, story / task tracking, subtasks, and delivery timelines
• Act as a bridge between Product Owners, Developers, QA, Design, and Ops
• Track ongoing work, blockers, and dependencies across all teams
• Ensure UAT readiness and timely deployment for weekly app / web releases
• Manage structured workflows, backlog hygiene, and dashboards in Jira
• Document release notes, product SOPs, and sprint summaries using Confluence
• Support in generating weekly status reports, release metrics, and team throughput
• Flag risks, delays, or quality issues proactively and drive resolution
• 3 - 4 years of project coordination, delivery, or product operations experience in a product-first or eCommerce setup
• Advanced Jira user : Youve managed end-to-end sprint boards, filters, and delivery tracking
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage tight timelines
• Exposure to analytics platform is a plus
