Executive Car Rental Operations
Location Ahmedabad - Gujarat
Work Mode Work from Office (Full-time) & 6 Days
As a Rental Executive , you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations of the rental business. The role demands strong customer service, operational efficiency, and coordination skills to deliver seamless experiences for clients while optimizing fleet utilization and billing accuracy.
Customer Service :
- Coordinate car dispatching, car routing, and tracking of cars.
- Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, and Accounts teams of hotels.
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently maintained.
Operations :
Prepare tour charts, duty slips, handover sheets, and logbooks.Ensure accurate billing, proper cash handover, and reconciliation during shift changes.Coordinate with fleet teams to ensure adequate cars and chauffeurs availability.Prioritize utilization of company-owned / BA cars.Prepare daily sales reports and work closely with Accounts for accurate records.Maintain strong vendor relationships, oversee procurement processes, and vendor contracts.Provide administrative and technical support to ensure smooth delivery of car services.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.4+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or operations preferred.Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-handling skills with problem-solving ability.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
