Job descriptionCollaborate with the Head of Projects and Senior PMs to develop detailed project schedules and execution plans Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure design feasibility Align procurement timelines with site execution schedules Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project flow Facilitate timely decision-making and approvals to avoid delays Oversee installation works : partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and furniture Monitor contractor performance and resolve on-site challenges Ensure proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing works Conduct safety checks and enforce EHS compliance Review and approve drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and milestone completions Ensure material quality and finish match client expectations Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations Maintain daily / weekly / monthly progress reports Track material approvals, change orders, and pending actions Ensure handover documentation and final billing are complete Address delays and site conflicts proactively Mediate contractor and vendor disputes to maintain workflow Prepare contingency plans for resource or material shortages Mentor site engineers and supervisors Evaluate vendor performance and suggest alternatives as needed Train teams in execution best practices for high-end commercial interiors Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred) 5–8 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial fit-outs Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing works Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent tools
