We’re now building the next-gen Customer Brain - an AI engine (Kyo) that powers real-time understanding across support, reviews, and surveys.

Role Overview (APM or / and PM)

We’re not looking for a roadmap manager. We’re looking for a Product Builder, someone who prototypes before writing PRDs, and believes products should adapt to users, not the other way around.

You’ll turn complex feedback workflows into products that feel magical — simple, human, and powerful.

This role is ideal for someone who loves combining design, AI, and product thinking to create something world-class.

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and ship fast. No long specs, just clarity and iteration.
• Collaborate directly with design, AI, and engineering to validate ideas.
• Own a core part of the product experience end-to-end.
• Talk to users, watch them use the product, and make it better every week.
• Use real data and your own instinct to decide what stays or goes.
