Key Responsibilities :
- Visit doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals regularly to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and answer queries to healthcare professionals.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and materials.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer visits, and reports using CRM tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in pharmaceutical sales.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or related field preferred.Diploma in Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales is an advantage.Prior experience (1-3 years) in pharmaceutical field sales preferred but freshers with relevant educational background can also apply.Skills and Competencies :
