Enterprise Learning Strategist

Role Overview

A seasoned Learning & Development professional to lead the enterprise-wide capability building agenda and establish our Corporate Learning Academy . The role is pivotal in shaping a future-ready organisation by fostering a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and functional excellence across businesses and geographies.

The incumbent will work closely with business and HR leadership to design, implement, and scale learning frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, enhance performance, and build a strong leadership pipeline aligned with our strategic growth priorities.

Location : Corporate Office Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Learning Leadership

• Define and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy in line with business objectives and people priorities.
• Lead the conceptualization and rollout of the Corporate Learning Academy as a centre of excellence for leadership, functional, and behavioural development.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future capability requirements and translate them into structured learning interventions.
• Drive the digital learning transformation agenda through the deployment of advanced learning platforms, LMS, and analytics for tracking effectiveness.
