We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive
Assistant to support [the CEO / Executive Team / Senior Leadership] in
managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal
candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving
skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle
confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities :
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
across multiple time zones.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights,
accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports.
Draft, proofread, and manage communications, including emails, memos,
reports, and presentations.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely
follow-up on action items.
Handle confidential documents, maintain filing systems (physical and
digital), and perform data entry as needed.
Assist with project tracking, execution, and reporting for strategic
initiatives led by executives.
Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating
with vendors, and assisting with onboarding / offboarding processes.
Qualifications :
