Motion Graphic Designer | 100% Remote TNV Method

About the Role We're seeking a Motion Graphic Designer with exceptional design fundamentals who can transform our fitness and women's health content from scroll-past to stop-scroll. You'll bring clean, professional visual storytelling to talking head content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and animate graphics for fixed number of videos per month (Instagram & YouTube)
  • Create elegant typography, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance retention (70%+ at 30 seconds)
  • Find visual storytelling opportunities in talking head footage
  • Design graphics and animations that clarify complex health information
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements

Design Requirements

  • Strong typography and visual hierarchy skills
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
  • Clean, minimal aesthetic - no "YouTube clickbait" style
  • Motion graphics and animation expertise
  • Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity
  • Experience with AI editing tools (Opus, Descript, RunwayML, etc.)
  • English fluency

    • You're Perfect If You

  • Can make static talking head content visually compelling
  • Understand that elegant design beats flashy effects
  • Have experience with educational / health content
  • Know when to add graphics vs. when restraint is better
  • Can create professional-looking content that still performs on social media

  • Your portfolio shows overly stylized or aggressive design choices
  • You think more effects = better video
  • You can't handle feedback on design decisions
  • Your work looks like generic YouTube thumbnails

    • Portfolio Must Include :

  • Clean, professional motion graphics examples
  • Typography-focused work
  • Before / after examples of your design improvements
  • Educational or talking head content (preferred)

    • Compensation

  • Base : ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (scales with proven results)
