Role Overview

We are seeking Deputy General Manager / General Manager – Design (India) to take on a senior design role with direct ownership of marquee projects. Unlike traditional leadership positions, this role will be largely individual-contributor in nature with minimal team management.

The focus will be on hands-on design conceptualization, client engagement, and project delivery excellence , while collaborating closely with business development, project management, and execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial interiors, a proven portfolio of workplace projects, and the ability to independently lead design mandates end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Design Execution & Delivery

• Independently handle design mandates for large-scale commercial interior projects.
• Develop space plans, layouts, and design concepts aligned with client needs and brand ethos.
• Create and deliver design presentations, mood boards, and visualization outputs.
• Ensure high design quality, functionality, and innovation in all deliverables.
