About the Role
Ogilvy is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Media Executive / Specialist (Part-time) to support our performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and improving ROAS / CPA in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, audiences, and creatives to meet KPIs.
- Perform A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
- Prepare weekly performance reports including spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
- Ensure accurate tracking through Google Analytics, Pixel, UTM parameters, and conversion setups.
- Suggest improvements to scaling, funnel performance, and audience segmentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in paid media or performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads required).Strong understanding of media buying metrics : ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, Quality Score, Conversion Rate.Ability to analyze data, interpret dashboards, and propose actionable insights.Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or multi-channel campaigns is a plus.Good English communication skills.What We Offer
