Outlet Inventory Coordinator

Job Title : Offline Inventory Control Executive - Multiple Locations

Job Summary :

The Offline Inventory Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical stock levels at retail outlets. This role involves conducting on-site stock verification, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance, and updating real-time inventory data in the Dil POS system. The incumbent will play a vital role in minimizing stock discrepancies, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting smooth outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stock Verification :
• Conduct regular physical verification of stock at assigned outlets to ensure accuracy between system records and actual inventory.
• Inventory Update :
• Perform real-time stock adjustments and updates in the Dil POS system during outlet visits to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
• FIFO Compliance :
• Ensure that all outlets adhere to the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principle to prevent product obsolescence or wastage.
• Reporting :
• Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing stock inspections, discrepancies identified, corrective actions taken, and overall inventory status.
• Coordination :
• Collaborate with Retail Partners (RPs), Outlet Managers, and the central supply chain team to resolve stock-related issues promptly.
• Process Improvement :
• Identify and report recurring issues or trends related to inventory management and suggest improvements for better stock accuracy and control.
