Role : HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner will support specific BU's within the organization. Plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs, talent initiatives, implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational / cultural changes.
  • Critical / analytical thinking : Act as an Advisor, seeking information and using that information to inform decision and resolve problems.
  • Executing tactical and strategic HR functions and processes.
  • Provide guidance to business unit managers and development of strategies / recommendations to improve associate engagement satisfaction.
  • Develop reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications :

  • Educational background : Any graduate
  • Experience : 7 to 9 years of professional experience in HR Business partner / HR Generalist with payroll and Operations.
  • Good knowledge of organizational development tools and solid experience on roll outs. Change management and implementation
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
