About the Role
We’re not designing another dashboard.
We’re designing a new interface between humans and AI — one that understands emotion, context, and presence.
As a UI / UX Designer, you’ll help define how that interface feels — not just visually, but experientially. You’ll work directly with the founder, product team, and AI engineers to shape onboarding, interaction flows, and visual language that connect deeply with the human experience.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, where your design work will go live quickly and influence how people interact with intelligent systems worldwide.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing clean, modern flows in Figma.
- Creating micro-interactions, layout grids, and icon systems that scale.
- Translating complex AI-driven functionality into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
- Collaborating with backend + AI teams to ensure design logic maps to functionality.
- Leading design sprints to refine the visual narrative of a first-of-its-kind human-aligned platform.
- Exploring and implementing emotional and cognitive design principles into user journeys.
What You Bring
2–4 years of professional experience in UI / UX design.Fluency in Figma — components, prototypes, responsive layouts.Strong eye for human-centered UI and design clarity.Mobile-first thinking and sensitivity to experience pacing.Ability to own design from concept to deployment in a startup environment.Based in Bengaluru with in-person availability.Curiosity about AI, behavior, cognitive design, or neuro-aesthetic flows (bonus).What You’ll Get
