Marketing Associate

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, conference production, or B2B sales (international exposure preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results. Interest in infrastructure, transport, or clean mobility sectors is a plus. Opportunity to work on international projects with stakeholders globally. Exposure to global trends in urban mobility and clean transport . A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with scope to learn and grow. Competitive compensation with performance incentives.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team and drive growth for our international conferences portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve delegate and sponsorship sales targets for international conferences.
- Design and execute targeted email and social media campaigns to promote events.
- Generate fresh marketing ideas to expand reach, improve engagement, and boost registrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates, partners, and sponsors across global markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, website content, and newsletters.
