Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Assistant based in Kolkata. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and coordinating with suppliers. The role also requires supporting customer service efforts and ensuring smooth handling of shipments. The individual will help optimize organizational processes to maintain efficiency in the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Management, Inventory Management, and Purchasing
• Strong Customer Service and Organizational Skills
• Ability to plan and execute logistics tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer systems or inventory management software is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in the coffee, food, or beverage industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred
