SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure SAP Convergent Charging (CC) solutions based on business and system requirements.
• Work with SAP CC architecture and objects such as Charge Plans, Tables, Allowances, and Pricing Models .
• Utilize SAP CC Core tools and Admin+ tools for efficient system management and troubleshooting.
• Integrate SAP CC with other SAP BRIM modules (e.g., Convergent Invoicing (CI), Financial Contract Accounting (FICA), and Subscription Order Management (SOM) ) and external third-party systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions using SAP CC.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP CC implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and process automation .
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and best practices .
