Euromonitor International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a 12-month temp-to-perm contract in our Bengaluru TA team. As part of Euromonitor's HR team, the TA Executive will support the recruitment needs for all permanent positions across Technology, Research, and Business Services teams. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Requirements

  • Strong technical ability to recruit across multiple sectors, with a preference for technology
  • Preferrably 3-5 years of end to end recruitment experience
  • Extensive experience in managing a busy recruitment desk, whether internal or agency
  • Flexibility to work on both evergreen and brand-new roles
  • Extensive use of an ATS system, with super user status being an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through an approachable personality, rapport building, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize a heavy workload
  • Ability to build networks internally and externally
  • Ability to work well in a supportive, collaborative team environment as well as independently.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in all social media, especially LinkedIn
