Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships.Implement effective sourcing techniques, including passive candidate recruitment.Candidate Selection and Interview Process :
Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes.Implement and manage interview guidelines and assessment techniques for consistency.Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria, interview processes, and evaluation methods.Reporting and Compliance :
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide reports to senior management.Ensure all recruitment processes comply with employment laws and company policies.Manage recruitment budgets and expenses effectively.Qualification
Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionProven track record in hiring across various levels and functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Skills :
