Work : Screening Support for setting up a new business in staff augmentation in IT services using AI. AI Prompt running, AI report generation, screening candidates, supervising automated AI systems taking interviews. Calling candidates and conducting interview related coordination

Location : Work from home, 4 hours / day, 6 days / week.

Time slots :

9 : 30 am to 1 : 30 pm

1 : 30 pm to 5 : 30 pm

5 : 30 pm to 9 : 30 pm (heavily crowded in terms of applicants)

Must have : excellent communication skills in English, ability to handle responsibility and discipline, understanding of technical concepts. For rest, training will be given.

Reporting : You will be working directly with the CEO office and will be given higher responsibility based on your performance. All founders are graduates of IIT Kanpur and have more than 20 years of

industry experience. Learning opportunities are best.

Avoid : If you have other internships or engagements where time can become constraint due to studies, sports, travel to coaching classes then avoid as this is a very intensive internship

Stipend : Fixed pay : ₹ 6,000 / month Incentive pay : upto 1,000 / month
