We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Environmental Engineer to design, implement, and monitor systems and processes that minimize environmental impact, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote sustainability across our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in environmental regulations, pollution control, waste management, and environmental impact assessments.

The Environmental Engineer will work closely with project teams, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to develop environmentally responsible solutions and ensure compliance with all local, national, and international environmental laws.

• Ensure company operations comply with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, permits, and standards (e.g., EPA, ISO 14001).
• Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA), risk evaluations, and environmental audits at project and operational sites.
• Design and implement systems for air, water, and soil pollution control, including emission control systems, wastewater treatment, and hazardous material management.
• Support initiatives to reduce carbon footprint, improve energy efficiency, and implement sustainable engineering practices.
• Develop and manage solid and hazardous waste handling and disposal plans in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit permit applications, environmental reports, and documentation required by local or federal authorities.
• Participate in the development of spill prevention, control, and emergency response plans.
• Work with engineering, construction, safety, and operations teams to ensure environmental considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and the public on environmental issues affecting the company or its projects.
