At Pushpam Resort, Karjat , we are looking for a Wedding Specialist / Wedding Sales Manager who will exclusively manage weddings end-to-end at our beautiful destination property.

⭐ Role Highlights

🔹 Handle wedding inquiries, sales conversions & client meetings

🔹 Plan and coordinate all wedding-related services

🔹 Work closely with F&B, Decorations, Rooms & Operations teams

🔹 Ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction

🔹 Build strong relationships with wedding planners & vendors

🔹 Maintain a high-quality wedding experience that aligns with our brand

⭐ Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in Wedding Sales, Wedding Planning, or Events (Hotel / Resort preferred)
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to manage large events and multiple departments
• Excellent client handling & follow-up skills
