Exp : 7 years of experienceJob Description : The CRM Developer will be responsible for designing developing and supporting Dynamic 365 applications encompassing all IT development needsResponsibilities : Develop and Customize Solutions including Design develop and implement custom solutions using Dynamics 365 with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 CRM with other systems and software development mentoring and assistance for junior standardized and detailed design with key stakeholders to produce business requirement documentation in line with development best practices as well as regulatory standardized and detailed design Optimization : Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience. Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRMWork closely with business analysts project managers and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsProduce unit test plans to demonstrate understanding of the required results and test individual projects. Develop integration unit in code reviews both as a reviewer and revieweeWork within time and resource constraints to meet deadlines. Identify and communicate issues with project deliveriesLead and assist in all development and application projects working closely with department leaders and Skills & Experience : 7 years of Software Development experience with 4 years in leading and delivering Dynamic 365 Good understanding on Power Apps Power Pages Power Automate and Power BI.5 years experience in coding testing and system analysis using C# .NET MVC Web API and web experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CRMD365 customization including Plugins custom workflows JavaScript.A strong understanding of JavaScript HTML and experience in customizing and designing customer portal sites using power in designing and delivering system integration using Power Automate Azure functions Logic AppsExperience with integrating third-party systems and services via APIs and developing custom applications and integrations directly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform and and working knowledge of MuleSoft is an and experience with project methodologies such as SCRUM AGILE would be an advantage.
