Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records accurately.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable , invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations , vendor reconciliations, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing activities , journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Handle TDS calculations, returns, and payments .
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and data.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense tracking.
• Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions and support management with analytical data when required.
