Job Title : Project Manager – Data & Analytics

Overview :

Calfus is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex data and analytics initiatives involving data modelling, data pipelines, data ingestion, and visualization development. This role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of data workflows, and the ability to coordinate between technical teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment between business objectives and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project execution for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily project operations, including task prioritization, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues proactively, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
• Ensure adherence to Calfus’s project management standards and best practices.
