Job Summary :
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our HORECA sales efforts, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute pan-India sales strategies for HORECA channels.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and food courts.
4. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to drive business growth.
6. Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
7. Manage sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Requirements :
1. MBA in Sales / Marketing or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in HORECA sales, preferably with a leading FMCG / food company.
3. Strong understanding of HORECA channels, market trends, and consumer behavior.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and travel extensively.
