1. Taking full responsibility of hiring best and appropriate talent for Internal Team.

2. Has closed 50 positions until now in any domain

3. Is high energy and proactive

4. Has great followup

5. An Eye to pick the right candidate (who can fuel the workplace) from the large pool of Recruiters

6. Willing to work 100% from Office in Koregaon park, Opp starbucks, Pune 411001

7. Is ok to work monday to saturday all 6 days from office

8. Wants to be an aspirant HRBP in 3 years time

9. Is hungry to grow and perform

10. Has a clear purpose statement
