Allegion is looking for a highly motivated Lead Systems Engineer , capable of working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. You will be a technical leader and innovation driver on the platforming team. Your primary focus will be the definition and ownership of a product subsystem. This responsibility entails starting with a defined architecture and building out a strategy and requirements for your subsystem and then maintaining ownership for the entire life of that subsystem. You will be conducting system integration activities, including integration of electrical, software, firmware, and mechanical design components. As a part of our platforming team, your secondary focus will be in contributing to the continuous improvement of our competency governances.
