Job Title : Tech Lead – Python Full Stack Developer (AI & SaaS)

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Pune

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong Python Full Stack expertise to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered SaaS solutions . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven SaaS products using modern full-stack technologies.
  • Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) .
  • Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js .
  • Collaborate with AI / ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices.
  • Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Technical Skills

  • Programming : Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI), JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue)
  • Database : PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis
  • Cloud & DevOps : AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
  • AI Integration : Knowledge of APIs, model deployment, OpenAI / LLM integrations preferred
  • Version Control : Git, GitHub / GitLab
  • Other Tools : REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Microservices architecture

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI or ML-based SaaS products .
  • Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics .
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
