Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Executive, located in Candolim. The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property. Responsibilities include managing daily housekeeping tasks, supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene protocols, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. The role also involves providing excellent guest service, addressing any housekeeping-related inquiries or requirements promptly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and equipment management
• Skills in team supervision, training, and coordination within the housekeeping department
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team collaboration
• Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and resolve issues efficiently
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related role in the hospitality industry is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Housekeeping Management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly housekeeping practices is advantageous
