Location : India - Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join our Identity & Access Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ, supporting both new implementations and enhancements to existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components including rules, workflows, connectors, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Onboard applications for account aggregation, provisioning, certifications, and policy management.
  • Write and customize Java / BeanShell rules , provisioning logic, and custom forms.
  • Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and optimize IAM workflows.
  • Integrate IIQ with various target systems (AD, LDAP, Databases, APIs).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IIQ issues across environments.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects, business analysts, and application owners.
  • Create technical documentation and support production operations.

Required Skills

  • 2–6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java , BeanShell , XML, and IIQ APIs.
  • Experience with application onboarding, provisioning, access reviews, policies, and RBAC.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SQL , and integration concepts.
  • Understanding of IAM principles (authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle).
  • Experience with Git, CI / CD, Agile / Scrum.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or other IAM tools (Okta, ForgeRock, Saviynt).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
  • SailPoint certifications.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
