Role Overview :

The Senior Executive – HR will be responsible for managing and implementing key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and compliance. The role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of driving HR strategies aligned with organizational goals while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • End-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage job postings across portals, social media, and internal references.
  • Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new hires.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions, stay interviews, and grievance redressal.
  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing policies that enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related concerns.
  • 3. Performance Management

  • Support in designing and implementing the performance appraisal process.
  • Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, KPIs, and performance feedback.
  • Track probation confirmations, promotions, and increments.
  • 4. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
  • Coordinate internal / external training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives.
  • Maintain training calendars and records for compliance and development tracking.
  • 5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • 6. Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
  • Manage full & final settlements and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
  • Provide insights to management for reducing employee turnover.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

    Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    2 - 3 years of relevant HR experience (recruitment, generalist, or HR operations).

    Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

    Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Previously worked in an Influencer Marketing Agency
