Role Overview :

We’re looking for a skilled Visual Designer with strong expertise in branding and packaging design to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing visual identities from scratch, creating packaging concepts that stand out on shelves, and collaborating closely with strategists, writers, and developers to bring brand experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities :

Translate client requirements and briefs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Design responsive websites and digital platforms with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
Conduct competitor analysis and apply user-centered design principles.
Stay updated with UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements :

2–5 years of experience as a UI / UX Designer (agency or startup preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing web UI / UX projects (e-commerce, D2C, corporate, lifestyle brands, etc.).

Proficiency in Figma (must) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and accessibility standards.

Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow design workflows is a plus.

Strong sense of typography, layout, and modern UI patterns.

Ability to handle end-to-end design independently.
