About AssetPlus :

AssetPlus is a fast-growing fintech company providing innovative investment solutions.

We are seeking a Manager Wealth & Investment Services to lead and manage a team of financial experts and financial analysts, ensuring exceptional client service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Development :

Lead, guide, and support a team of specialists in achieving performance benchmarks related to user portfolio management and engagement.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance team effectiveness.
Design and implement training modules to upskill team members on market knowledge, coaching conversations, and investment tools.

Engagement & Relationship Building :

Build meaningful relationships with users and prospects, ensuring consistent and informed engagement across touchpoints.

Oversee portfolio discussions and reviews to ensure optimal asset allocation and alignment with users financial goals.

Support Specialist in addressing complex user queries and guiding them through the investment journey.

Strategic Growth Initiatives :

Develop strategies to deepen knowledge across investment and protection categories (mutual funds, FDs, bonds, health and life insurance).

Encourage Specialists to identify,upsell opportunities and enhance overall portfolio value with AssetPlus.

Identify trends in investor behavior to guide planning and framework development.

Product & Market Expertise :

Stay updated with macro trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.

Ensure the team is equipped with actionable knowledge of all investment offerings available on the platform.

Operational Excellence :

Define and refine workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of conversations and review cadences.

Track key performance indicators and optimize activities using structured data analysis.

Regularly present insights and reports on engagement patterns, team performance, and user outcomes.

Role Requirements :

5+ years of experience in financial coaching, portfolio management, or investment services.

Proven experience leading high-performance teams in a goal-oriented environment.

Strong understanding of investment instruments, personal finance, and user behavior.

Ability to inspire, influence, and drive consistent quality across team interactions.

Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
