JD : Lead Treasury

This role is a drive Global Treasury operations at TransFi. This individual will become the

leader of our treasury operations across all currencies and stablecoins and manage a team

of treasury professionals.

The ideal candidate is an independent, high-achieving individual having detailed

knowledge of accounting, treasury operations and stablecoins in fintech / payments

institutions.

You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong

understanding of the broader cross border payments ecosystem and the major

stablecoins. You are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and digital

assets financial systems.

We seek an innovative individual responsible for developing and executing various growth

hacking strategies, setting priorities and acquiring & retaining customers. You can pivot on

the fly.

Job responsibilities : What you'll do

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the treasury, including in off hours and weekends
  • Monitor and analyze positions and move balances to be able to ensure smooth product delivery for our core payouts, collections and ramp products.
  • Manage treasury costs proactively
  • Drive treasury automation to be able to improve treasury turns
  • Coordinate with banking and liquidty operations team to ensure availability of

banking, liquidity and OTC desks for operations

  • Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory dictates while fostering the company’s business growth
  • Support CEO and CFO in treasury effectiveness, as required

    • Qualifications :

  • Over 8 years’ experience as treasury manager or treasury manager
  • Proven knowledge of managing financial practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • In depth knowledge of digital payment processing.
  • Fully certified Chartered Account / MBA-Finance
  • Understanding stablecoins and the digital assets ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to manage relationships internally (with key stakeholders) and externally
  • (bankers, auditors)
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred
  • Must be an “Owner and Entrepreneur” in the highest degree in the deployment of
  • Company resources
