Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can own and elevate the complete visual identity of NG. Someone who is hands-on, fast, detail-obsessed, and excited to build category-defining designs — not just follow references.
You will work directly with the founder, leading design for digital, packaging, product visuals, social media, A+ content, ad creatives, landing pages, and more. If your craft is premium, modern and storytelling-driven, this is for you
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Visual Identity
- Strengthen and evolve NG’s visual language across EarSafe, EyeSafe, SkinSafe and upcoming sub-brands.
- Maintain consistency in colours, typography, spacing, and layout across all assets.
2. Digital & Social Media Design
Create high-impact creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads and Meta Ads.Lead premium A+ content, storefronts, and listing graphics.3. Product & Packaging
Design packaging for audio, wellness and electronics categories.Create 3D mockups, renders, lifestyle visuals and unboxing style layouts.4. Performance & Conversion-Focused Creatives
Build scroll-stopping Meta & Google ad creatives optimised for CTR, ROAS & storytelling.Work with marketing to test variations and iterate fast.5. Website & App Design
Collaborate with Shopify + dev team to design banners, landing pages, icons, illustrations and UX elements.6. Creative Leadership
Guide interns / junior designers with feedback, structure and creative direction.Bring fresh thinking, trend awareness, and ideas for new formats.Requirements
2–5 years of strong experience in consumer brand design.Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (3D tools like Blender / C4D is a bonus).Strong eye for minimal, premium, modern aesthetic (Apple-like + clean Japanese styling).Portfolio that showcases product-centric design, packaging, and digital ads.Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment with tight timelines.Bonus : experience with electronics, D2C or audio / wellness brands.What We’re Looking For
