At Balance Nutrition, we are seeking a driven professional to expand our partnerships and growth initiatives across diverse verticals. This role requires close collaboration with the founders and offers dynamic, evolving responsibilities beyond a fixed checklist. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving end-to-end execution—from market research and pitching to onboarding and scaling partnerships.
This is not a typical BD role—it combines elements of strategy, sales, and execution. You will have the opportunity to shape how Balance Nutrition enters new markets, designs co-branded programs, and creates impactful partnerships with corporates, fitness institutions, schools, and insurance companies. Success in this role requires adaptability, ownership, and the ability to translate ideas into tangible growth opportunities.

Across these areas, responsibilities will include launching new verticals, creating go-to-market strategies, managing sales flows, conducting user research, and building a high-performance organization with the right culture for growth.
