CTC : Up to ₹4 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives

Working Days : 6 days a week (Monday fixed weekly off)

About the Role – Academic Counsellor (Feet on Street)

As a Feet on Street Academic Counsellor , you will represent Infinity Learn on the ground — directly engaging with students and parents.

This is a field sales role focused on building awareness, nurturing relationships, and driving enrollments through personalized counselling and home visits.

Roles & Responsibilities

Field Engagement : Conduct home visits and direct interactions with students and parents.

Lead Generation & Conversion : Identify prospects, conduct door-to-door counselling, and convert leads into enrollments.

Relationship Building : Establish trust, address queries, and guide parents / students in selecting the right learning solutions.

Product Promotion : Deliver in-person demos and counselling sessions to promote Infinity Learn’s offerings.

Revenue Ownership : Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Reporting : Submit daily / weekly reports of visits, leads, and closures to the sales manager.

Desired Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills .

Confident in face-to-face interactions with parents and students.

High energy, persistence , and self-motivation to work on the field.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

Eligibility

Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience : Freshers welcome! Prior field sales / EdTech sales experience is an added advantage.
