Job description4-5 years of relevant experience in an investment or financial services environment, with a strong focus on RFP / DDQ activities. Mandatory experience with Dasseti platform for content management and response generation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience or strong familiarity with CRM tools for managing investor data. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing / editing skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Investor Relations Associate : RFP / DDQ Specialist (Private Markets Focus)
Join a leading firm in the private markets sector seeking a skilled and dedicated Investor Relations Associate to support our Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end management of DDQ and RFP responses for institutional investors.
- Drafting, quality control, and finalization of high-stakes proposal documents.
- Day-to-day support for the Investor Relations (IR) team, including Content & platform management.
- Utilizing CRM and other proprietary IR tools to manage data and investor activity.
- Collaborating with your Manager to ensure best practices and quality output.
