About the Role

Medaura Infotech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Healthcare Management Information Systems (HMIS) , Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) , or Similar platforms. You will lead the technical direction of our healthcare products, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical development of healthcare software modules.
• Oversee architecture design, technical decisions, and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, QA, UI / UX, and management teams for smooth delivery.
• Mentor and guide developers across backend, frontend, and integrations.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of systems.
• Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Work closely on EMR, HMIS, RCM, or similar healthcare product workflows.
• Coordinate integrations with third-party healthcare APIs (PACS, LIS, Insurance, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
